Responsibilities
Oversee client projects by reviewing tax analysis, data entry, and tax research
Work hands-on in a variety of industries and areas, including executive compensation and fringe benefits
Drive project steps, deliverables, timelines, and firm-approved methodologies
Participate in calls with various client stakeholders and their advisors
Assist with researching, analyzing, and consulting on issues specific to employee benefits and compensation
Requirements
Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
One of the following active accreditations: licensed CPA in state of practice if eligible; if not CPA eligible, licensed attorney or Enrolled Agent
Minimum of 5 years of tax experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail with good time management and organization skills
Ability to perform essential job functions including meeting client service and performance goals
Demonstrates project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
