Responsibilities
You continuously analyze sales for our bikes across all channels and monitor the (online) marketing budgets and activities.
Together with our Bike XP teams, you identify action potentials to increase our brand's visibility and sustainably drive revenue growth.
Your data-driven analysis of the customer journey shows colleagues where opportunities exist to reach and delight customers.
Preparation of revenue and budget plans for online and offline sales channels, as well as ongoing forecasts and budget control.
You are responsible for sales and marketing controlling and develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
Application of statistical methods and modeling for trend analysis, forecasting, and process optimization.
Collaboration with data engineers and data scientists to further develop the data infrastructure and tools.
Requirements
At least three years of professional experience in controlling/BI at an e-commerce or multichannel company, or in a comparable role
Enthusiasm for cycling
Controlling experience with common tools, such as BI tools or Google Analytics
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
Proactive communication style and strong team skills
Conceptual strength, solution orientation, and personal responsibility
Quick learner with the willingness to rapidly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
Very good German and English skills
