About the role
- Scrum Master facilitating Agile teams in Medellin, Colombia at Rockwell Automation. Ensuring Agile practices and collaborating with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog.
Responsibilities
- You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar; or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience designing and implementing software for embedded devices and systems
- History of using object-oriented concepts such as inheritance and virtualization.
- Knowledge of software and Engineer to Order test methodologies.
- Experience in the Industrial Automation industry
- History of communicating and presenting to varying levels of an organization
- Experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
- Experience in systems development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Cloud-native PaaS hosting experience in Azure
- Experience building modern, public-facing UIs and APIs consumed by multiple teams
- Experience with TypeScript and a modern UI framework like React or Vue
- Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL/ Azure SQL
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based solutions
- Experience with business complexity and project interdependencies
- Experience with CI/CD Scripting and Automation with PowerShell, Terraform, YAML
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing our requirements
- Work with multiple partners and influence project decisions
