Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Solid Project Management background (individual or team-based)
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred
- 2+ years in automation or related fields preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels and external partners
- Proven ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks, and drive accountability
- Experience building trust and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and technologies preferred
