Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent (MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience)
- 10+ years of multidisciplinary experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or a related regulated industry, with a focus on clinical and drug development
- Proven track record in large-scale project management and the ability to organize and execute complex action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture," connect dots across functions, and translate complex strategy into simple action plans.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate high-level discussions.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced matrixed environment and understand the interdependencies of complex global systems.
- Experience in leading and driving organizational change initiatives.
