- Document procedures and support users in the use of implemented solutions.
- Monitor automations in production, troubleshoot issues, and propose continuous improvements.
- Integrate data from different systems and generate automated reports to support business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas.
- Knowledge of programming logic and automation tools (Databricks, AWS, and Python).
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience with RPA using Python (PyAutoGUI, Playwright, Requests, subprocess/OS).
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Basic understanding of API integrations.
- Familiarity with web automation frameworks/languages.
