Producer managing high-level experiential events for key clients in global sports marketing agency. Overseeing logistics, budgets, vendor management, and event execution in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all logistical event details including but not limited to financial management, asset management, venue management, contract negotiations, vendor management, contractor and local staff management, asset fabrication, technology integrations, consumer registration/data collection, A/V, permitting, printed collateral/signage, talent/entertainment, premium giveaways, etc.
Build and manage event budgets and invoice reconciliations.
Obtain vendor quotes and manage all vendor communication.
Support Account Management for client communication, work through client approvals and build and maintain workback timelines.
Work with internal rEvolution teams (Client Services, Creative, etc.) to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget.
Additional projects as assigned such as assistance on other experiential programs and related research.
Lead or support internal group initiatives, as designated by group leadership.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience working within experiential event activations, ideally as part of a marketing agency.
4-year degree from accredited college.
Preferred area of study – sports marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft software suite and additional agency related platforms
The ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours to be on-site at events. This may include weekends and/or holidays.
