Responsibilities
Prepare standard insurance documents using templates and underwriters' guidelines.
Enter and update data in Guidewire or other systems.
Organize and maintain underwriting digital files.
Respond to routine broker inquiries and escalate more complex cases.
Assist in gathering underwriting information for submissions.
Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy.
Requirements
1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bilingual (English/French) to support underwriters and brokers across Canada, both verbally and in writing
Flexibility to work Pacific Time hours
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Adaptability and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
