Responsibilities

- Enter and update data in Guidewire or other systems.
- Organize and maintain underwriting digital files.

- Assist in gathering underwriting information for submissions.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual (English/French) to support underwriters and brokers across Canada, both verbally and in writing
- Flexibility to work Pacific Time hours
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
