Responsibilities
Develop and optimize in‑house assembly processes for soft neural interface devices.
Perform electrochemical characterization and mechanical testing of devices.

Requirements
Ph.D. in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or Biomedical Engineering (or related field), *or* a Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience.
Academic or industry experience with implantable devices.
Experience in microfabrication, device packaging, and assembly.
Proficiency with electrochemical testing techniques (e.g., EIS, CV).
Experience with failure‑analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SEM, EDS, SIMS, XPS, XRD, FTIR).
