Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of vehicle power and battery systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and scripts for vehicle electrical and battery management systems to ensure a thorough assessment of performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to power supply and battery systems
Analyze test results and produce detailed technical reports with recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on findings
Stay up to date with power and battery management technologies and integrate new approaches and methods into validation processes to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in vehicle validation, particularly in Power Network Management and Battery Management Systems
Strong skills in embedded software development and functional safety standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
