Responsibilities
Drive product development for solutions that help businesses manage packaging sustainability and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal technical experts, including engineers, subject matter experts, and our commercial teams.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful feature delivery through clear requirements and problem-solving in collaboration with engineering and design.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify pain points and opportunities.
Prioritize features and maintain a detailed roadmap in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Partner with technical experts, compliance specialists, and internal stakeholders to design innovative solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives.
Stay informed on global packaging regulations and sustainability trends.
Requirements
4-8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments with an emphasis on data.
Experience working on products related to supply chain, material suppliers, or sustainability (bonus if you have experience with packaging or consumer goods!).
Proven experience building and launching features from scratch in ambiguous or emerging market spaces.
Strong understanding of user discovery methods, including customer interviews, prototyping, and experimentation.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
Exceptional collaboration skills with technical teams and internal experts.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
