Responsibilities
Manage multiple high-complexity programs and projects within assigned product portfolios, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and financials are achieved.
Partner with global Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive disciplined execution, while ensuring optimal resource utilization and capacity management.
Lead and align cross-functional teams across diverse geographies, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and timely delivery.
Drive organizational transformation by creating transparency, establishing best practices, and embedding accountability across the PMO and partner teams.
Identify, propose, and implement process improvements across the organization to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
Act as a subject matter expert in AI-related program delivery, representing portfolio status, challenges, and strategies to leadership in multiple formats (written, verbal, presentations).
Mentor and coach junior project managers, informally lead team members, and contribute to talent acquisition through candidate evaluation and recruitment.
Lead assigned strategic or special projects that improve operations, process efficiency, or program outcomes across the enterprise.
Requirements
12+ years of IT PMO experience
Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required
Extensive experience in project/program management, preferably within AI, data science, and/or software engineering domains.
Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Experienced with coaching and mentoring colleagues to foster growth and professional development.
Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues.
Agile knowledge required.
Advanced understanding of resource allocation.
Experience and knowledge of applying LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, Claude, Mistral, etc.
Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages for data analysis.
