Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and automate models that deliver deep media intelligence to make timely and effective investment decisions.
Work with client leads or consultancy leadership to interpret and understand business needs, and to define analytical and data science approaches to solving business challenges.
Determine data requirements for media measurement, media analytics, lift analysis, audience modeling, or other applications.
Build Media Mix Models, attribution models, lift analysis, or audience models using R, Python, or similar programming languages.
Work within agency infrastructure and toolkit to create robust and scalable processes for specific client work and cross client agency products.
Requirements
3-5 years' experience building attribution and time series models, with experience in the marketing industry a big plus
Experience in the analysis of large data sets to develop insights and learnings (data mining)
Strong experience using statistical, ML, and deep learning techniques in marketing applications: different regression techniques in mix modeling/econometrics projects, some knowledge of choice modeling techniques, different segmentation procedures – cluster, CHAID, CART, LCA, etc.) and In-market testing using ANCOVA, hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations
Experience with statistical analysis software products and research design
Experience with development and deployment of front-end applications for optimization and forecasting using tools such as Shiny or Streamlit
Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation
Knowledge of current issues within the online media industry, such as attribution, data collection, targeting and privacy are a good to have
Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools
