Plan, organize and execute internal and external events.
Request quotes and negotiate with vendors, such as catering, décor, audiovisual and promotional items.
Support event logistics (venue, schedule/timeline, registration/check-in, etc.).
Prepare invitations, graphic materials and event signage.
Manage relationships with speakers, guests and participants.
Oversee event coverage for promotional use (pre-event, during and post-event).
Prepare reports and presentations on completed campaigns and events.
Assist with budget control for communications and event activities.
Manage project timelines and deadlines.
Produce copy and communication materials for distribution on our social media channels.
Assist in the development and execution of communication campaigns.
Monitor the organization’s digital presence by engaging with content and tracking results.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Events, Marketing or a related field;
Be organized with strong verbal and written communication skills;
Have basic computer literacy;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
