  • Landscape Project Manager at Coastal Contracting Company overseeing landscaping and site development projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of landscaping, hardscaping, and site development projects
  • Assist with the planning and execution of construction related plans and targets
  • Coordinate the various Sub-contractors for safe and efficient work
  • Manage the Sub-contractors by setting priorities and objectives
  • Ensure project budgets are compliant with contractual obligations
  • Develop and manage full cycle of landscape projects and monitor project timelines
  • Ensure safety and environmental planning is in place to avoid accidents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience
  • Proficiency in reading landscape plans, 3D modeling, CAD software, and Microsoft Office/project management software
  • Strong understanding of horticulture, plant identification, soil maintenance, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction
  • Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous
  • Knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, landscape construction methods, and irrigation systems
  • Familiarity with landscaping software for design, estimating, or project scheduling
