Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of landscaping, hardscaping, and site development projects
- Assist with the planning and execution of construction related plans and targets

- Ensure project budgets are compliant with contractual obligations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or Construction Management
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience
- Proficiency in reading landscape plans, 3D modeling, CAD software, and Microsoft Office/project management software
- Strong understanding of horticulture, plant identification, soil maintenance, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction
- Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, landscape construction methods, and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with landscaping software for design, estimating, or project scheduling
