About the role
- Administrative Analyst supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives at McDonald's Brazil. Assisting with data analysis, reports, and health programs across corporate settings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and consolidate corporate health indicators, assisting with data analysis and identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement;
- Support payment and invoicing processes for the health area’s invoices, ensuring compliance and adherence to established deadlines;
- Assist the department in preparing reports, presentations, and action plans related to occupational health and employee well-being;
- Participate in meetings and interactions with partner areas, contributing health-related data and insights;
- Support health promotion campaigns and educational activities at restaurants and offices;
- Collaborate on general HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) activities together with the environment and safety teams, particularly in meeting targets and in integrated area actions;
- Assist in organizing internal events related to health, quality of life, and themed months;
- Support the collection and updating of information and documentation required by regulatory agencies and health-area partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in the final year in Administration, Public Health, Hospital Management, Financial Management, or related fields;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience with Oracle systems is a plus;
- Availability to work on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
