- Design, create and execute training plans and programs
- Identify training and development needs
- Provide coaching and advice to ensure staff deliver a positive service experience
- Identify operational efficiency and customer care opportunities
- Collaborate with Centre Managers, Team Managers and SME’s to implement change initiatives
Requirements
