- Independent handling of all accounting transactions
- Review, account assignment and posting of invoices
- Execution of payment transactions
- Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts
- Resolution of open items and communication with external partners
- Participation in monthly and annual financial closings
- Support in the further development and optimization of processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree, ideally with additional qualification in accounting
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Confident use of accounting software (e.g., Netsuite desirable)
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Meticulous, structured and reliable working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
