About the role
- Consultant supporting B2B lubricant distributors in Recife, managing distributor channels and ensuring sustainable growth. Collaborating with teams to execute strategy and improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the B2B distributor channel, ensuring account growth, profitability, and delivery of defined KPIs.
- Participate in the deployment and implementation of the strategic plan alongside distributor owners, directors and leadership, ensuring tactical execution down to the salespeople level.
- Work with a mindset of continuous improvement, ownership, and collaboration to accelerate results.
- Lead, together with the distributor, the development of the strategic business plan and its tactical and operational rollout.
- Analyze the market and competitor movements and direct actions toward indirect B2B customers.
- Develop and train distributor teams in sales techniques, pipeline management, KPIs, goal management, teamwork, and core business competencies (including coaching).
- Conduct joint visits with distributor teams to develop integrated value propositions.
- Propose and oversee technical projects focused on retention, mix improvement, and the acquisition of new customers.
- Engage internal and external teams to ensure partner and company deliverables and results.
- Analyze data and performance indicators for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s) completed.
- Commercial experience managing distributors and/or distribution channels.
- Knowledge of Power BI and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, strong persuasion and influencing skills, and organizational ability.
- Experience in industrial, steel, mining, construction, and transportation sectors.
- Experience with consultative selling, technical projects, and delivering added value.
