Responsibilities
Transform client challenges into forward-thinking creative strategies
Be the driving force behind "unskippable" advertising
Use deep consumer insights, channel analytics, and competitive trends to develop strategic campaigns
Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle and streamline procedures with Creative and Production
Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Design leaders to ensure all creative output is exceptional
Lead high-energy brainstorming sessions
Manage and grow Creative Leads and embody the Raindrop culture
Build trust quickly with client partnerships
Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience in advertising
Articulate, organized, and well accustomed to a client-facing role
Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
Agency and/or in-house marketing experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management and creative tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Google Drive, etc.
