About the role
- Financial Controller managing financial activities of Radisson RED Hotel in Innsbruck. Collaborating with management for budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis in Austria.
Responsibilities
- Supports the General Manager with monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities for the hotel
- Assists in reviewing monthly operating results and distributing the consolidated hotel results to management and owners
- Assists in the implementation of and ensures compliance with RHG’s policies and procedures
- Coordinates and supports the activities of the General Manager and Department Heads
- Supports the Regional Financial Controller in ensuring risk management and compliance
- Prepares and updates monthly CAP utilization and intercompany transactions for the assigned hotel
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
Requirements
- Professional qualification in finance/economics (degree or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a hotel finance department in a Financial Controller or similar role
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Quality-oriented analytical problem solver (accurate and timely)
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
- Controlling skills and familiarity with controlling and reporting tools and systems
- Positive “Yes I Can!” attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
