Responsibilities
You are responsible for driving overall revenue and market share growth across your assigned existing and new client portfolio.
You manage our entire hotel portfolio across brands with focus markets Hamburg and Hanover, including sales for Radisson Blu Hanover.
You develop a consultative sales approach to maximize business opportunities.
You identify new business contacts through continuous market analysis, develop them, and deepen relationships with existing clients.
You create a strategic account plan for each key and prospect account.
Through proactive communication, you strengthen collaboration within global account teams.
You prepare reports and use appropriate systems to analyze data and develop action plans.
Requirements
Ideally a university degree in a hospitality- or tourism-related field.
Experience in sales within the hotel industry.
Knowledge of revenue and yield management.
Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Fluent in German and English.
Quick to adapt to various IT systems.
Solution-oriented and ready to tackle any challenge.
An open, positive personality with a passion for making a positive impact on others.
