Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering high-quality administration and outstanding service to our corporate clients.
- Ensure team members consistently meet agreed service levels
- Organise and redistribute workloads to maintain efficiency
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Deliver training, coaching and maintain full development logs
- Monitor new business and produce management information as required
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings and support performance reviews
- Continuously review processes to identify and implement improvements
- Assist the Head of Corporate with departmental projects
- Highlight opportunities for new projects or improvements
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Prepare and maintain client files for new business and renewals
- Support Corporate Benefit Consultants through effective workflow management
- Deliver full administrative duties aligned with the Corporate Benefits Administrator role
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team
- Background in corporate benefits, employee benefits, or financial services administration
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
- Confidence in coaching others and supporting their development
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
