Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and executing technical processes, analyzing and resolving complex demands;

- Serve as a technical reference, providing guidance and support to other departments;
- Work directly with clients, ensuring quality in order processing, sales, and service delivery;
- Technically execute and manage operational routines in the radiopharmacy units under your responsibility;
- Execute turnkey assignments as required by direct leadership;
- Continuously educate clients on RFC processes, aligning expectations and deliverables;
- Maintain metrics and prepare visit and training reports to ensure traceability;
- Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth of the services provided;
Requirements
- Completed degree in Pharmacy, preferably with qualification in Radiopharmacy;
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus;
- Availability to travel as required by operational demand;
- Technical profile with analytical ability, strong organizational skills, and good communication.
