Supports eCommerce operations for the Electronics division at QVC, maintaining calendars, developing content strategies, and analyzing sales performance.
Responsibilities
Independently maintaining priority calendar, assigned brands, categories, and generic promotions for the Electronics division
Develop content strategy for the category, brand, and products
Utilize sales and metrics to create Digital experience, identify new selling methods
Lead category initiatives and present in brand/category Strategy meetings
Partner with planning and merchandising to drive the off-air business
Review and approve product content to meet the strategy
Collaborate with Merchandising and planning to strategize driving items, brands, categories
Partner with Analytics team to identify gaps for improving performance
Use data-driven insights to develop initiatives for shopping relevance
Work with vendors and guests to develop category/brand appropriate recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience
3 plus years' experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
Understanding of hard goods retail space – specifically Electronics is strongly preferred
Experience with Tableau, Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics & Microstrategy is preferred.
