Requirements
- proven experience in leading and developing teams, specifically in planning or merchandising within retail
- strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial metrics, data analysis, and merchandise management systems (EPS / Item Master)
- resilience, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- must have fluent English, both written and verbal.
