About the role

• Analista de Sistemas Pleno SAP MM / Procure-To-Pay at Alpargatas implementing local and global ERP solutions and managing project initiatives with business areas.

Responsibilities

• Work on local and global SAP MM / Procure-to-Pay implementation projects (both ECC and/or S/4HANA) and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
• Lead initiatives from ideation (closely coordinated with business areas) through go-live and post-implementation support — including technical sourcing, project structuring and development, testing/acceptance, and status reporting — acting as the responsible tech lead
• Translate business requirements into technical feasibility and support solution architecture design for Purchasing, Materials Management/Movement, and Master Data Management — with emphasis on Brazil fiscal localization (general tax elements TAXBRA and tax reform)
• Prepare and/or validate SAP ERP technical-functional specifications (both ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Manage technology deliveries balancing the pillars of time, quality, and cost
• Support scope opportunity analysis, proactively contributing ideas and driving discussions that advance technology and business with an end-to-end perspective, not limited to your technical boundary
• Support technical governance of environments, maintaining best practices for usage and updates, and following established security, architecture, and infrastructure standards (sizing and capacity), in accordance with Alpargatas technology policies
• Support management of technology partners and/or technical squads engaged in Tech Supply projects
• Support the management and analysis of technical and commercial proposals from IT partners for Tech Supply projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience in technology project management (Product Owner or Product Manager) on medium to large initiatives (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
• Experience in projects, enhancements or support for SAP ERP MM / Procure-to-Pay (both ECC and/or S/4HANA); familiarity with customizing, document types, approval workflows, purchasing pricing, integrations (iDoc/APIs/RFCs), BAPI, basic functional debugging analysis, and downstream processes such as accounts payable, financial posting and Brazil tax (TAXBRA)
• Experience in projects, enhancements or support for SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), including material types and attributes, basic knowledge of iDoc integrations, workflows, and BRF+
• General knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (inbound to outbound), including purchasing, material movements, and master data management
• Experience in Fashion and/or Retail verticals is considered a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business areas
• Fluent English for interaction with global teams
