About the role
- SAP Consultant Jr leading design and implementation of SAP solutions at Kyndryl. Collaborating with business stakeholders and project managers for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional or technical expert for one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective and scalable SAP solutions
- Design and configure SAP solutions in compliance with global standards and best practices
- Lead workstreams or sub‑projects within SAP implementations
- Collaborate with project managers, key business users, and external vendors to ensure project success
- Identify project risks and define mitigation plans proactively
- Actively participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle: Blueprint, Configuration, Testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), Go‑Live and post‑production support
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants
- Create and maintain functional documentation and solution designs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of business processes related to assigned SAP module(s)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
