Responsibilities
Conduct research projects from research concepts to giving recommendations.
Guide clients through complex research needs through sophisticated online survey design.
Surprise clients with bespoke and novel insights and approaches.
Become a product expert and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Act as a trusted partner in ensuring software becomes essential to clients’ daily work.
Train new customers on software and inspire independent usage.
Collaborate with colleagues to foster long-term partnerships and feedback loops.
Requirements
Business proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both).
Passionate about quantitative market research and new, agile software technologies.
Degree in economics, social sciences or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing or statistics.
3+ years (5+ years for senior position) of experience in survey-based marketing research.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design.
Firm grasp of quantitative methods like A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint.
Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent consulting and communication skills with a winning presence.
Proactive and very well-organized.
Experience with EBI methodologies and the How Brands Grow System is nice to have.
