About the role
- Tulip Platform Developer supporting MES development and implementation for Qualysoft's IT solutions in various sectors. Motivated to enhance manufacturing processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) team, with a primary focus on the implementation and development of the Tulip Platform.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and maintain continuous alignment throughout the project.
- Define and support development directions, assisting in the enhancement of existing MES systems previously developed by external vendors.
- Participate in creating a complex, integrated, future-proof manufacturing control system, including process modeling and data flow analysis.
- Integrate industrial hardware and devices, such as PLCs and production machines.
- Connect and interface with external systems and solutions.
- Contribute to a pilot project aimed at validating quality and internal collaboration before full-scale implementation.
Requirements
- Strong system and process-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of manufacturing environments, ideally with experience in metalworking, painting operations, supply chain, or goods receipt processes.
- Experience with MES or similar industrial systems.
- Solid programming fundamentals and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- Fluent language knowledge in Hungarian.
- Interest and willingness to learn low-code platforms, such as Tulip.
- Experience with system integration (APIs, devices, industrial interfaces).
- Advantageous: familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation systems.
