About the role
- DevOps & Cloud Engineer supporting scalable, automated, and stable systems at QualityMinds. Planning, implementation, and operation of modern infrastructure environments, including cloud and on-premises solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build and operate modern infrastructure environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid, Kubernetes)
- Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, GitHub or Jenkins)
- Analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate IT solutions
- Provide consulting on topics such as scalability, cost, security and architecture
- Take responsibility for planning and executing technical projects – from concept to implementation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps or system engineering
- Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes), Linux and CI/CD development
- Solid knowledge of networking technologies and server infrastructures as well as experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience designing and building highly available and geo-redundant architectures
- Ability to document complex technical topics clearly and in a structured manner
- Ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way — both to developers and to non-technical stakeholders
- Good communication skills and a passion for working in teams
- Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1)
