Enterprise Risk Manager ensuring safe and sustainable growth at Qonto through monitoring and analyzing key risk indicators. Collaborating with C-level stakeholders to drive the organizational risk culture.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all risk types (Financial, Credit, Operational, Fraud, and Compliance) to detect trends and divergences.
Act as a strategic partner by challenging indicator owners when metrics deviate from targets, and negotiating effectively to get them back on track.
Drive the risk culture by proposing new indicators and proactively identifying areas where we need more control or where we should stop certain activities.
Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring it scales with our growth and regulatory requirements.
Produce high-impact reporting, including the Risk & Compliance North Star.
Requirements
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, ideally within a neobank or fintech where you learned to balance banking rigor with agility. A certification like FRM (Financial Risk Manager) is highly valued.
Seniority & Influence: You are comfortable interacting and negotiating with senior stakeholders (C-levels) and possess the confidence to defend your position.
Technical Skills: You are proficient in SQL and Metabase to manipulate data autonomously.
Mindset: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have a strong "force of proposition" mindset to instill a robust risk culture.
Languages: You speak fluent English; French is a strong plus for smoother communication with local teams.
