Responsibilities
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, enabling our team to run impactful campaigns efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our marketing processes are streamlined and our data is accurate, driving results across all marketing channels.
Your expertise in marketing technology and operations will be vital in building the foundation for our marketing successes.
Design, manage, and execute sophisticated email nurturing campaigns and inbound lead flows within HubSpot, ensuring technical integrity and optimal performance.
Support the lead generation engine with key responsibility for hitting Lead, MQL, and SQL targets as per FY27 planning outputs.
Use marketing collateral, including Generative AI white papers and executive webinars, to attract and engage with target audiences.
Champion the use of data-driven insights to maximise ROI of marketing spend.
Lead the coordination, design, and physical operation of trade shows and bespoke events.
Ensure all event intelligence is captured, clean, and actionable by uploading lead and attendance information to SFDC immediately post-event.
Work closely with sales personnel to ensure a seamless, timely hand-off of leads following marketing activity, maintaining a strict feedback loop on lead quality and sales outcomes.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in marketing operations or related fields
Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and processes
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Strong understanding of CRM and marketing technology stacks
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
