Responsibilities

  • Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies
  • Offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes
  • Improve product development and manufacturing processes
  • Work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles
  • Identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to enhance speed to market
  • Reduce costs and improve quality
  • Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles
  • Optimise supply chain integration and leverage digital technologies
  • Building meaningful client connections and managing teams

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics
  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing projects related to audio lab management, including:
  • Managing and maintaining audio lab equipment and facilities
  • Implementing and overseeing audio testing protocols and procedures
  • Troubleshooting audio equipment and software issues
  • Conducting audio performance tests and evaluations
  • Coordinating with engineering teams on lab requirements and specifications
  • Familiarity with audio analysis tools and software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++)
  • Experience with audio signal processing and measurement techniques
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs by:
  • Building trusted relationships with clients

  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
