- Monitor and verify adherence to the quality artifacts defined for each pillar;
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of quality templates and playbooks;
- Participate in and support recurring presentations and alignment sessions, ensuring the plan progresses within established deadlines;
- Work collaboratively with different areas/directorates to promote alignment and disseminate a quality-driven culture;
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within technical teams.
Requirements
- Experience with software quality processes;
- Knowledge of TMMi;
- Experience facilitating and communicating with technical teams;
- Familiarity with quality culture and QA best practices;
- Experience managing quality artifacts and quality evidence;
- Experience using SharePoint for document organization and management;
- Experience working in environments with multiple teams/squads (advantageous for operating at organizational scale);
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
