Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers, with a strong focus on people development and team dynamics.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture AWS, microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies, TDD, and modern software development practices.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving change and delivering impactful solutions.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus. Familiarity with domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and platform engineering. Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives and change management.
