About the role
- IT Network Engineer handling analysis and documentation of network issues for Proway. Collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to evaluate and resolve network problems.
Responsibilities
- Analyse, Nachstellung und Dokumentation von gemeldeten Fehlern durch Bugtickets im Bereich IT Netzwerktechnik

Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium bspw. der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkadministration und -konfiguration ist zwingend erforderlich
- Kenntnisse in Bugtracking- und Collaborationstools wie bspw. Confluence, Jira, Xray
- analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise hinsichtlich Fehleranalyse, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
