Responsibilities
Provides treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and muscular disorders in accordance with treatment plan established by Physical Therapist.
Utilizes artificial aids such as prosthetic devices, therapeutic exercise techniques, emotional support and educational training to restore mobility and function to participants.
Reduces pain, and promote healing.
Provides home care coordination.
Requirements
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapist Association.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
1 year - Experience in the area of physical therapy.
