About the role
- Fullstack Developer developing scalable backend services and optimized React frontends for ProvenExpert's online reputation management platform. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and implement new features.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript and TypeORM
- Build and optimize React frontends to enhance the user experience
- Design and maintain GraphQL (Apollo) and REST APIs
- Use Kubernetes in production environments (OVH, AWS or GCP)
- Implement secure authentication and authorization workflows with Keycloak
- Write clean, tested code and contribute to automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)
- Collaborate with product, design and business teams to implement new features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in backend or fullstack development
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, ideally with NestJS, Next.js, React and TypeORM
- Experience with CRUD (REST APIs) and GraphQL
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL; MongoDB knowledge is a plus
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments (operational experience is a plus but not required)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git (Bitbucket, branching, PR reviews)
- Comfortable working with Unix shells (bash/zsh)
- Good English skills; German skills are a plus
- Team-oriented, eager to learn and enjoy sharing knowledge
- Desirable: experience with HubSpot, Monsum, SendGrid, Bevo or Maxio
- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with additional programming languages (PHP/Symfony, Go, Python, Rust)
- Interest in AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude)
