About the role

  • IT Service Technician managing hardware installations and maintenance for Prosystems IT clients. Involvement in rollout projects and addressing technical issues on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Support for rollout projects
  • Installation, relocation and decommissioning of hardware
  • Troubleshooting and technical maintenance of hardware and software
  • Maintenance through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and updates of hardware and software systems
  • Administration of telephony, print management and specialized hardware
  • Assistance in incident resolution
  • Fault analysis remotely and on-site at customer locations

Requirements

  • Vocational training in an IT-related field desirable but not required
  • Career changers (m/f/d) welcome
  • Class B driving license required
  • Experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Experience in IMAC/R environments
  • Knowledge of Windows administration advantageous
  • Experience with Client Management Console desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong service-oriented mindset and team player
  • Willingness to work at customer sites
  • Good communication skills in German
