- Consultant for Access Management ensuring IT security at Prosystems IT. Involves project management and compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Projektmanagement: Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte im Berechtigungsmanagement

- Coaching: Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, Umsetzungsbegleitungen und Schulungen/Coaching
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT: Anwendungsentwickler (m/w/d), Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Abgeschlossenes Studium: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ein Studium mit IT Bezug
- Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit signifikanter und langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Consulting herzlich willkommen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Berechtigungsmanagement oder Identity & Access Management eines Finanzinstituts
- Fundierte Projektmanagementerfahrung in komplexen IT- oder Transformationsprojekten
- Gute Kenntnisse regulatorischer und aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen/Vorgaben im Bankenumfeld
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Souveränes Auftreten in Beratungs- und Kundensituationen auf Experten- und Führungsebene
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hoher Gestaltungs- und Optimierungsanspruch
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Erfahrung, als Schnittstelle zwischen Bank-Fachlichkeit und IT zu agieren
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
