- To support Prosus goals and ambitions to lead AI innovation and improve everyday life for billions across the globe through cutting-edge technology, Prosus maintains a robust global legal framework. This includes navigating complex regulatory environments, ensuring corporate governance excellence, and providing strategic legal support to safeguard the company’s rapid growth and innovation.
- As a Corporate Legal Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our corporate legal initiatives. This 6-month paid internship, based in our Amsterdam office, offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools, exposure to all sorts of corporate legal matters, as well as senior management, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects across the Prosus ecosystem.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Private Law or Corporate / Business Law in the Netherlands.
- Based in the Netherlands and able to work in the Amsterdam office for minimum of 2 days.
- Strong interest in technology, AI and corporate law.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Structured, well-organized, and adaptable to different tasks.
- Preferred: Experience with generative AI tools.Familiarity with corporate / company law matters.
