Responsibilities
Write clear, engaging communication about product launches and updates
Explain new features and why we built them across multiple channels
Draft emails, in-platform messages, community posts, and documentation
Translate product changes into user-friendly language
Help users understand how to get the most out of new features
Keep up with our fast release cycle and communicate changes quickly
Work closely with the product team to understand what's being built and why
Requirements
Strong writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly
Experience using LLMs and AI tools as an end user
Curiosity about AI agents and understanding of how they work
Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and work independently
Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast release cycles
Previous experience in product communication or technical writing (Nice to Have)
Community management experience (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with developer/technical audiences (Nice to Have)
