About the role
- AI Product Communication Intern at Prosus translating AI and technical concepts into user-friendly communications. Collaborating with product teams to launch and communicate innovations.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging communication about product launches and updates
- Explain new features and why we built them across multiple channels
- Draft emails, in-platform messages, community posts, and documentation
- Translate product changes into user-friendly language
- Help users understand how to get the most out of new features
- Keep up with our fast release cycle and communicate changes quickly
- Work closely with the product team to understand what's being built and why
Requirements
- Strong writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly
- Experience using LLMs and AI tools as an end user
- Curiosity about AI agents and understanding of how they work
- Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and work independently
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast release cycles
- Previous experience in product communication or technical writing (Nice to Have)
- Community management experience (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with developer/technical audiences (Nice to Have)
