Responsibilities
Partner closely with internal non-engineering teams to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents tailored to specific operational use cases, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and effectively address team needs
Provide technical guidance and training to non-engineering staff on the use and capabilities of AI agents
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and measure impact on operational efficiency
Document processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing adoption and maintenance of AI-driven solutions
Stay current with advances in AI and automation, proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance internal operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or automation projects
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with popular automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Zapier, Power Automate, Python, RPA platforms)
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis is a plus
