About the role

- Ressourcen, Budget, Timeline im Blick behalten und die richtigen Leute zur richtigen Zeit informieren
- Change praktisch umsetzen: Integrationsprojekte begleiten (Post-Merger, Prozess-Harmonisierung)
- Workshops moderieren, Widerstände erkennen, Lösungen finden
- Teams durch Veränderungen führen – mit klarer Kommunikation
- Stakeholder-Management: Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte, operative Teams – du sprichst alle Sprachen
- Management-Reports, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Statusmeetings
- Digital arbeiten: PM-Tools sinnvoll nutzen (nicht nur installieren)
- Prozesse digitalisieren, wo es Mehrwert bringt
- Datenbasiert steuern statt Bauchgefühl
Requirements
- Mindestens: 2+ Jahre Projektmanagement (gerne auch in anderen Branchen)
- Methodisches Know-how: Agile, klassisch, hybrid – du weißt, wann was passt
- Stakeholder-Management: Du kannst überzeugen, moderieren, vermitteln
- Tools: PM-Software, CRM/ERP sind kein Neuland für dich
- Sprachen: Deutsch fließend, Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Reisebereitschaft für EU-Standorte
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit M&A-Integration oder Change-Projekten
- Affinität zu Labor/Analytik/Qualitätsmanagement
- Zertifizierungen (PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMP – aber kein Muss)
