About the role

Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our external and internal stakeholders such as our securities settlement partners, the back office, IT, and Legal & Compliance.
- You will ensure the day-to-day operations and the processing and recording of securities transactions from the client investment business are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Within the team you will focus on PostFinance’s crypto offering and actively contribute to its development, both in forward-looking projects and through optimizing existing processes (Subject Matter Expert).
- Together with your team colleagues you will take technical responsibility for our securities-focused application Bancs.GSP and ensure its smooth operation.
Requirements
- Higher education or advanced training in business administration and/or banking
- Strong passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- Experience in the investment business, ideally in securities settlement/processing and/or in the digital assets area
- Experience in mid-sized projects and willingness to help shape new approaches
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
- Methodological competence in analyzing, designing and further developing processes – particularly in securities processing
- Excellent German and business-fluent English skills
