Responsibilities
Create and maintain brand-consistent visuals that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
Develop and refine templates, icons, and other reusable design components.
Support the design of marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media presence, print collateral, and event visuals.
Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, sales, and product teams to ensure creative alignment across touchpoints.
Prepare final production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
Uphold and evolve Tresorit’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, tools, and processes.
Present and explain design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Work cross-functionally to ensure visuals align with business and marketing objectives.
Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture by giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Continuously seek ways to optimize creative workflows and enhance design efficiency.
Provide input and insights to improve campaign performance and visual strategy.
Contribute to the ongoing development of brand and creative standards.
Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, managing time and priorities effectively.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in digital and B2B design.
Uphold brand integrity and maintain confidentiality across all creative work.
Support ad-hoc creative requests and company-wide initiatives as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a tech or B2B environment.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
Excellent eye for detail, typography, and composition.
Experienced in using AI tools for the creation of design assets, web design, UX/UI principles, and/or motion design.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German knowledge is an advantage.
Interest or experience in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries is a plus.
