About the role

  • Motion Graphic Designer creating high-quality motion graphics for diverse marketing campaigns. Collaborating with teams to ensure brand visibility and alignment across digital platforms in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team on the conceptualization and development of high-quality motion graphics for diverse marketing campaigns
  • Assume primary responsibility for design initiatives across all digital platforms, encompassing (but not limited to) web design, website graphics, email templates, social media creatives, and digital banners
  • Execute the editing and refinement of video content designated for social media channels and various screen displays
  • Ensure stringent adherence of all graphic and motion graphic outputs to established brand guidelines. Review and revise deliverables to consistently uphold the highest creative standards
  • Liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless and high-quality execution of all Marketing initiatives
  • Efficiently manage and deliver multiple simultaneous projects, consistently meeting challenging deadlines
  • Establish and maintain an organized library of digital assets to facilitate efficient repurposing across distinct campaigns and platforms
  • Maintain a current understanding of the latest design trends, software advancements, and techniques pertaining to motion graphics and video editing
  • Execute any further duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management Team

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Lightworks, After Effects, or other Motion Graphics software)
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for graphic/video generation (e.g., HeyGen, HiggsField, Nano Banana) is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in HTML5 Ad Banners with Google Web Designer is an extra plus too
  • Proficient use of Google Docs Microsoft Office, particularly Google Slides/PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a cross-functional team
  • The ability to be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous professional experience within the financial industry is considered a strong asset
