Requirements

- Strong affinity for IT

- Experience with methods and tools for requirements engineering and business process analysis
- Knowledge of project management approaches such as HERMES and Scrum
- Understanding of operational processes and process automation
- Ability to meet customer needs effectively
- Confident communication in German and good command of English
- French language skills are an advantage
