About the role

• Senior Software Analyst developing solutions and enhancing systems for insurance products at Porto. Collaborating with teams for integrations and maintaining high code quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work on the development of solutions, technical definitions, monitoring execution, and perform necessary negotiations with other teams to manage integrations and dependencies between systems and the development flow;
• Ensure code quality and best practices according to the standards established by the Program;
• Plan and support deployments and also perform post-deployment follow-up;
• Define and ensure non-functional requirements for applications (for example technical certification, SONAR, CheckmarkX and automated tests).

Requirements

• Experience with Java (version 8+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch);
• Experience with Angular (version 7+), CSS, TypeScript;
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Groovy and GitLab;
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases;
• Knowledge of test automation processes and tools (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma);
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ;
• Knowledge of Redis;
• Experience with contract-style integrations: Swagger / YAML;
• Experience developing microservices;
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices;
• Knowledge of system architecture (creating/adapting solutions);
• Knowledge of static code analysis and validation (SonarQube).
